I’m an Agile delivery expert and strategic PMO leader with over a decade of experience driving digital transformation across the USA and EMEA region. From scaling delivery ecosystems in startups to digitizing operations for Fortune 100 energy companies, I build Agile cultures that balance speed, structure, and sustainability. My journey as an Agile delivery expert spans more than a decade, across North America and the EMEA region— partnering with diverse product teams, stakeholders, and communities. From facilitating high-stakes PI Planning in New York to coaching Scrum teams in Singapore and Dubai, I’ve cultivated a global perspective and a deep appreciation for the role technology plays in driving sustainable, impactful outcomes.

Smart Procedures

Spearheaded a 55-person cross-functional team to deliver a paperless digitization solution for a major utility provider, replacing legacy plant procedures with a mobile-first web and iOS application. Leveraged SAFe to align Agile Release Trains, facilitate PI Planning, and drive consistent delivery across five U.S. cities. Managed Jira/Confluence environments for transparency and traceability, and led UAT sessions on-site. By eliminating paper workflows and streamlining field operations, the project directly supported the client’s sustainability and carbon-reduction goals. The initiative won the Best Project Award and contributed to a Forbes Diversity & Inclusion Award in 2022.

Served as Scrum Master for a cross-functional team of 10 experts developing a machine learning model that achieved 95% accuracy in predicting sleeve valve states using real-time IoT sensor data. Led sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremonies to optimize flow and velocity.
