I’m an Agile delivery expert and strategic PMO leader with over a decade of experience driving digital transformation across the USA and EMEA region. Spearheaded a 55-person cross-functional team to deliver a paperless digitization solution for a major utility provider, replacing legacy plant procedures with a mobile-first web and iOS application. Managed Jira/Confluence environments for transparency and traceability, and led UAT sessions on-site.
